What is RideSurfing: 

RideSurfing is an on-demand ridesharing mobile platform. It's mobile app connects passengers who need a ride in Sydney with nearby drivers with the tap of a button. The magic of RideSurfing is that anyone can potentially become a driver making the riding experience unique. Getting from A to B will be more fun and more affordable as you only pay what you think it’s worth! 

We have very ambitious growth plans for the next few months as we want to launch our platform across ANZ. We need young, talented and driven people to help us build our community and recruit future drivers. 

Job Description: 

As a Community Development Leader you will be at the forefront to build our community of RideSurfing. Your role will include 

~ Help our Head of driver acquisition identify and launch new driver acquisition channels 
~ Update and partner with the RideSurfing Marketing Head for events and parties 
~ Help the RideSurfing grow its community within your city 

Profile preferences: 

- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm 
- Personal drive and leadership capabilities 
- Demonstrated capabilities of leading a project and / or a group of people 
- Strong business acumen, event management 

Remuneration: 

It is a commission based remuneration directly proportional to your performance!
